MUFFILIATO: AN AU POST POTTER RP
The year is 2018 and Voldemort is back! Widespread hysteria has spread over the wizarding world. No one knows how the Dark Lord has returned from the dead (Dumbledore has a few ideas but the Ministry is ignoring him), but it's got the Wizarding World up in arms. The Order is trying to keep everyone in control and trying to combat the Death Eaters to keep them from rising to power once again.
The Death Eaters are trying to take control over the Ministry. After they plan on doing this, they intend on taking over Hogwarts. However, Dumbledore is still Headmaster of Hogwarts and he doesn't intend on this happening. Severus Snape was once a double-agent but now the Death Eater's know his alliance isn't with them. Voldemort was furious that he lost his best Death Eater to the goodies, but Bellatrix was triumphant in being right.
The Dark Lord's son Grindlewald along with his other Riddle siblings are trying to aid the Dark Lord in any way they can while the Order and the Ministry alike are trying to tell people how to avoid Death Eaters and how to protect themselves from not only Death Eaters but Inferi and Dementers, as well.
It's a wild, wild world out there. Be careful and no matter what always keep your wand at the ready. Because no matter what the Ministry tries to keep quiet about Voldemort and the Order MUFFILIATO won't silence the truth.
